For individuals, under Article 200 of the General Tax Code, your donations are eligible for a tax reduction equal to 66% of the total payments, up to a limit of 20% of your household's taxable income.

For businesses, under Article 238 bis of the General Tax Code, all payments made under this article are eligible for a tax reduction at a rate of 60% for the portion less than or equal to €2 million and 40% for the portion above that amount.
